I will hold the operators of this website or anyone associated with this website harmless for any information I find herein. I know and understand the laws in my country and state with regards to purchasing prescription medication, and if I am required by law to have a valid prescription, I do.

The legal purchase age for this site is 21. People under 21 are not allowed to make purchases on this web site.

Goods delivery

The products are delivered by registered regular mail and need a delivery signature upon arrival. In case the order is not delivered within the allotted timeframe, please send us an email specifying the issue and the order number for us to be able to assist you. In case you lose your order number, please indicate your name, the delivery address, and the approximate date of purchase. The collected information will help us track your order and further assist you.

Delivery Time

The normal delivery time to the United States is between 7 and 21 days. Orders shipped to Europe are to be delivered within 7–14 days. In some rare occurrences, the packages may be delayed in the process of shipping. Please inform us via email so we can further assist you in the matter.

Shipping info

All orders are shipped within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the payment confirmation moment. In cases where the order is split into two or more parts, the parcels are shipped at a rate of 1 to 5 days. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and protect our valuable customers, we ship via registered regular mail.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled within the first 12 hours after the payment has been submitted. In case you intend to cancel an order, please send us a ticket indicating the order number, your name, and shipping address. In the event that you forget to send us the request with the order cancellation, the goods will be processed and the payment will be charged accordingly.

Non-disclosure

All information displayed and available on the BuyAnabolic.com web site will be treated according to European legislation. The personal information of BuyAnabolic customers will not be disclosed, even upon an official request from the authorities of foreign countries.

Claims & Refund

An order may not be delivered to the destination if it has been seized at customs or lost in the mail. If the order has been seized, please take some pictures of the seizure letter and envelope and email them to us so we can investigate the case and reship the order. In case you haven't received your order within 30 business days, please feel free to inform us with an e-mail, and we will do our best to investigate the case and reship your order at no charge. Please be aware that we are not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Denmark, and Sweden. Please keep in mind that we will only reship the seized order once. 

International Duty Fees and Laws

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for customs fees and duties. Customers are strongly advised to consult the local customs laws for duties, restrictions and regulations.
